Happy New Year!

Well, we made it through another year. Can you believe that this little boy is growing into such a big boy?

We had a great morning "hiking" on the beach with some great friends. The kids had so much fun climbing the hills, throwing rocks, making sandcastles and finding seashells. Aaron is growing into an amazing little man. He came up with this idea all by himself to help his buddy Jayda get up the hill. How cute are they?

I know sometimes it is so hard to remember the amazing person he is becoming. Especially when he is yelling "NO!", kicking his sister, doing his mad face and all the other things he does to drive us crazy. But days like today remind me how he is growing up and turning into this special person. Makes me feel like we are doing something right.
