playing catch up

Sorry I have not been doing a very good job on here lately. I kind of feel like I'm in a blogging funk. Plus I have been forgetting the camera. We have been celebrating birthdays left and right around here and are no where near done. But as everyone knows, I can never get tired of cake. The kids have really enjoyed our little pool this year. Plus we have had some swim dates as well. Aaron is still going to school 2 days a week. Lauren is turning into quite the little girl. Her latest phrase is "Stop it." Can you guess who she says that to all the time?

On a side note, I had a great birthday. Kyle and Aaron made me blueberry pancakes. Then it was off to The Spa at The Del in Coronado. I had an 80 minute lomilomi massage. It was heaven. Then I spent a few hours enjoying the spa and the private pool. After a really long shower, I went and got an ice cream and sat on a bench watching the waves come in. It was so nice to not have to share!! We then spent the evening at the Music in the Park with all of our great friends. And of course it would not be a bday without cupcakes. Thanks friends for the perfect ending to a perfect day.
