Lauren had her 1 yr check up today. She now weighs 18 lbs 4 oz. Still a peanut, but that's 2 pounds in 3 months!! The Dr. said she looks great and had no concerns. She got 3 shots today and is going back for her flu shot next week with Aaron. She did really well and only cried for a minute.
She is such a happy, easy going baby until someone tries to take something she doesn't want to give up. Then watch out! Her favorite toys right now are the "fort" and her train, that actually got passed down from Aaron. She figured out how to push the button to make it move and play music. She loves to eat fruit, but no veggies yet. I was hoping for another green bean fan like Aaron was, but no luck yet. I gave her broccoli yesterday and she wouldn't even put it in her mouth. She picked it up, dropped it over the side of her tray and said "Uh oh." I think I am in trouble.

Glad that everything went well. hang in there with the veggies! jakob still doesn't like them, but I am hoping if I keep offering them that he will one day eat them!!
maya is also a peanut! she weighed 18 lbs 12 ounces at her one year and 19lbs 10 ounces at 15 months. She did not even gain one pound in 3 months! Oh, well! I love my little peanut!
