The past few weekends, we have loaded up the new car and taken the entire family on nice hikes all over San Diego. I must admit, I love watching the kids walking down the trail, usually holding hands. Rarely do they whine or complain, and we have found that trail mix will usually put a quick stop to that. I miss them being babies, but I love that we are able to get out and enjoy the outdoors more. Sometimes it's hard to watch them being so adventurous, but so far we have only had some little bumps and bruises. The dogs are loving this and start bugging us on Saturday morning to go.

Kyle had to make 3 trips across. He checked it out the first time, carried Lauren the second and helped Aaron on the last trip.
